Conn.; Adelphi Academy, 1886-89; A.B., University of the City of New York, 1893; B.D., Drew Theological Seminary, 1895; A.M., University of the City of New York, 1895; Ph.D., University of New York, postgraduate course, 1898; entered the New York East Conference, 1895; appointments; '95-'97, Blythebourne, L. I.; withdrew as probationer of the second year from the New York East Conference in 1897; Professor of Christian Doctrine and Homiletics and Librarian in the Missionary Institute, Nyack, N. Y.. 1897-1905; has written "Exposition of the Sunday-school Lesson" in the Christian and Missionary Alliance (1897-1905); "The Still, Small Voice," a devotional volume for the quiet hour and the closet; married Miss Anna L. Davies, June 30, 1897, at Cleveland, 0.; address, South Nyack, N. Y.
